Can you imagine…that would be awesome… I’ve been using this stuff from my whole life and yes you may smell like stir fry when it’s on your body and hair. So if you’re into asian food I don’t think this is for you. I’m pretty sure when I was born, my mom took me out of the doctor’s hands and dunked me in a tub full of this stuff. You want to get the cold pressed stuff.
It’s just better for you. It still has all the good stuff in it. My top three uses for sesame oil are cooking, hair, and skin. So for my hair before I shower. Half an hour before. I coat my hair and scalp in sesame oil. This is supposed to prevent hair loss and breakage. Usually when my hair is dry and I have split ends I usually just take a bit of oil on my fingers and smooth it in.
So many people ask me how is your hair so thick and healthy and as an adult I process my hair as you can see…I have purple hair. When you touch my hair it doesn’t feel like it’s been processed. It feels healthy. I think it has to do with this. Sesame oil is rich in zinc. Zinc is good for the skin. It helps with elasticity and smoothness so if you want young, youthful skin…after I shower I put sesame oil on my hand …everywhere on my body…yes including my face. And it has antibacterial properties so if you are suffering from some fungal issues…ladies…not that I’m saying that I have…you know…I’m just saying if you want to use it for certain things it’s safe to do so. I also use it to remove my makeup.
Oh how I love the flavour of sesame oil. It just reminds me of my childhood. Coming home to vegetables sauteed in this beautiful rich oil. It contains polyunsaturated fatty acids including sesomol and sesamin…I may have butchered that. This can keep the cardiovascular system balanced and keeps cholesterol levels low. Also helps with bone growth…ouuu let’s keep reading. There are many important minerals that can be found in sesame oil.
Particularly copper, zinc and calcium. These three minerals are integral to bone growth in the body.
Meaning that by maintaining appropriate level of sesame oil in your diet you can help increase the rate of bone growth and development.
Thank you so much and I hope you guys take a chance on sesame oil and I will see you guys next time. Bye!.
