I have put together some snack ideas that you can eat at home or on the go for school, work or wherever! And I hope that you like and enjoy them!

Let’s start with the easiest: frozen grapes. Especially when it’s getting hotter and all you want is something cool I love to snack on these. Rinse and dry the grapes and store them in an air-tight bag in the freezer. You can also let them defrost a bit – totally depends on how much you like frozen foods.
I usually eat them right from the freezer..
I really like the consistency and you can use any other fruits e.g. blueberries or raspberries.
Another good snack is an apple If you wanna give it a little kick you go crazy and dip it in nut butter! I’ve got some homemade hazelnut chocolate creme and a bit of peanut butter. Just cut the apple and voila! Whoever fancies a savory snack I like to recommend corn waffles! They are 99% corn and then a bit corn oil and sea salt. I like to use some hummus or any other spread you like and in this case top it with cress but it could also be cucumber or bell pepper or..

And the last snack is homemade banana ice cream. All you need is ripe bananas that you cut in pieces, put them in a bag and store in the freezer. Once they are frozen mix together with some vanilla and cinnamon and a bit of plant milk for the creaminess!
