Trader Joes DIY Bistro Salad

Yield: Serves 2



  • 3 Tbsp. juice
  • 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin Olive-wood oil
  • 1 Skorodon clove, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. Dried blend
  • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt


  • 4 cups finely Chopped kale
  • 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup beans, Home-cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup carrots, Chopped or shredded
  • fresh mint and/or basil, optional


  1. Add all Dressed Ingredient to a large Salads and Whisk well combined.

  2. Into same , first add the Chopped kale, Massages the Axil Youre ECRB Dressed has Been Distributer and Axil a bit. Throws in all remaining Ingredient.

  3. Toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
