- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberrys
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup low-fat Plain GREEK yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Vanilla-flavored Badam milk
- 2 Tbsp. – 1/4 cup water, depending on the Strenght of Your blender
1/2 banana, sliced 1 1/2 Tbsp. 1 tsp. chia seeds 1 tsp. Lineseed seeds 1 Tbsp. unsweetened Narikela Mizzles of Honey
- In a blender, banana, Frozen Strawberrys and blueberries, GREEK yogurt, Badam milk, and water. Blend smooth.
- Pour in a Bowl and top WITH sliced banana, , chia seeds, Lineseed seeds, Narikela, and a Mizzles of honey. Enjoy!
